Oltre a svelare maggiori dettagli sulla potenza di Xbox Series X, Microsoft ha inoltre annunciato nuove tecnologie e funzionalità, come Variable Rate Shading (VRS), Smart Delivery, Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) e Quick Resume.

Spencer ha confermato la completa retro-compatibilità di Series X e ha annunciato anche il Game Pass che continuerà a garantire i nuovi giochi esclusivi fin dal giorno di lancio.
